BI 7 - Default client 001 OK?

Hi, something I've just realised is that post NetWeaver 2004s / BI 7, client 001 was previously a customzing client that could be used as a reference client for client copies - and should NEVER be changed. However I've recently been reading and looking around, and it is now an acceptable practice to use 001 as a productive / working client.

However this is a confusing area...
