My client is having one requirement ,
They are using in production order , how we can achieve for the component qty changing at the time of production order creation or batch determination based on the Purity % in batch characteristics .
I know in in PPPI we can achieve this through MQC but we need solution through production order because client is having global tempalate with the Production order & they are using routing .
If you know some solution / suggestion let me know we can discuss , it would be great help .
Example :
Below is the BOM for finish product FM1 & C1 , C2, C3,C4 is component in the BOM .
If the component C1 Purity is 97% (in the batch ) then the Component qty in the BOM would increase like: 22 kg or 23 kg & because of C1 Increased C3 Component qty will also increased .
Material Unit Qty % purity BOM needs to be calculate batch FM 1 KG 100 C1 KGM 20 97 20.61 X1 c2 KGM 30 98 30 X2 C3 KGM 30 99 32 X3 C4 KGM 20 100 20 X4
