Hi all,
I just encountered a strange problem. Before, we tested the interface succefully which means the fields is in the XML payload as an element even it has no value in this case. But, after we transported it to another system and tested it without any change, the fields without value aren't in the XML payload. Have anyone encountered this or could you tell me what is the problem? Thanks.

Hi zhang,
>> Are you checking the XML in the message mapping?
If so u might have choosen the option "Hide unused fields". so the fields with no value are not shown in the XML content.

Hi Prasanthi,
Thanks for your referance. But, I think it's not the problem. The problem is that when the fields have empty value, it won't appear in the XML payload even as an empty element. Maybe this can make the problem much clearer.

Hi,
When a field is not populated, it will not be shown. This is a standard functionality.
So whatever is coming in your new system is correct. To check your old system's functionality, kindly update the cache and then check.
I hope this trick will help you to clear all your issues.

Sarvesh
