MD02 run w.r.t. MD61

Hi! PP gurus,

At the time of running MD02 of a FERT w.r.t MD61 with 3 different periods, MRP is generating only 2 Planned order while I have assigned 3 Independent requirements. As also, period lies on Planning Horizon. How MD02 will reflect all PIR's as Planned Order?

Advance thanks for helping personals.

Thanx,

    Hi,

This depends on the planning strategy given in material master. If it is 10/40 then stock is taken into account. If it 11 then stock is not taken into account.

If shortage is there then planned order is created.

The creation of planned order also depends on the lot size. If it WB, then requirements for a particular week is grouped together to a single planned order, if it is MB the req. is grouped for a month & a planned order is created. So check the lot size & the period of req.

    Regards,
