FOR HIGHER EDUCATION CESS

condition type is <b>JA1X</b> and <b>JA1Y</b> which you have to add in your TAXINJ Procedure and maintain the rates for the same in FTXP

After Excise duty condition type is executed, we need to calculate Education cess ie-2% based on Excise duty (ED) and if needed Higher SEC.EDU.CESS ie. 1%.
