Lead Scoring doubts & Issues in SAP C4C

Dear Experts,

We have the feature of lead scoring in SAP C4C. But i have few doubts & issues regarding this:-

1) I have Lead Score view assigned under Sales Campaign WoC. But I am not able to create a new Lead Score. Where am I missing in configuration?

2) We have a field called engagement score in Contact screen. But lead scoring is the ranking of leads. Then why this field is present in contact? and there is no lead score or ranking field in lead screen?

Hello Saurabh;

The new button for lead score will only be available after performing the following configuration;

1. Go to Business Configuration work center;
2. Go to Implementation Projects view;
3. Select the current project;
4. Press Edit Project Scope;
5. Go to Step 3 Scoping;
6. Expand Sales Campaign -> Enhanced Sales Campaigns;
7. Mark Enhanced Sales Campaigns and Enhanced Campaigns;
8. Save changes in the project's scope.

Now the New button will appear in the Lead Scores view.
