I know that I can set up B1 Dunning Levels and using the document printer print off all my dunning letters and have them mailed out, but I would much rather set this up via email. Is it possible to set it up to send out either HTML formatted emails or PDF attachments with the Dunning Letters attached by using the document printer? Is there an add-on solution that would allow me to automatically send out invoices, dunning letters, etc like this?
Will B1 2007 offer this functionality?
