Dear experts
I'd like to define a classification catalog for my case type. As mentioned in the SAP Help, I have to create a classification catalog using the Case Management: Classification Catalogs transaction (People-Centric UI). But I can't do that because there is no entry in the mandatory field "Catalog Category".
Do you know where to configure this field?
Additionally, do you know if this classification catalog can be used at the same time than the category modeller?
Thanks in advance
Best regards
stephanie
It is late ..but still we cracked it ..
Question : Classification catalog
Classification catalog number is the IBASE number where you want your
cases to reside in the Installed Base with category - CM
you will have to create an Installed Base with the category CM and
then the
external number will be visible in the F4 help of the No.of
Classif.Ctlg - else put the external id ther and search.(make sure that the Ibase is active)
Once you do this assign this number to the case type .
Now when you open the case and go to classification this IB is visible there and you can select and assign your case to it ..you can double
check in yuor installed base for the assigned case ..
It works ..
😉
Cheers!!
