Does C4C have a chatbot? If currently none, does SAP have any plans in having one for C4C? Can I see this in the roadmap viewer? If so, is there any way you can tell me where specifically?
If it currently doesn't, I can mention the HANA text analysis. Is this correct? And what about machine learning? Does SAP also have any plans to have this in C4C?
