Moving ABAP proxies to HCI / HCP-IS

Hi,

I was wondering when migrating to HCI / HCP-IS what to do with ABAP proxies connected to the ESR in PI/PO

HCI does not have an ESR so it seems there is no real possibility for migration of these proxies.

Would we need to change all of these proxies to web services?

Hello Tom,

As of now proxy adapter is not available in SAP HCP-IS.You have to go with SOAP adapter.

You can expose them as WebService in On Premise ECC [ Using SOAMANAGER ] and consume it in SAP HCI.
