MD04 - Total Consumption not based on Fiscal period

Hi,

When I am running MD04 for a material with period Indicator as M in MRP 3. The total consumption calculated for each month is ignoring the Fiscal year variant tied up to the company code. For eg., In our system, September starts by 08/27, however, the consumption for September ignores the consumption which had happened between 08/27 to 08/31. Biz would like to view consumption booked based on the Fiscal year variant. Is there any way to look at the consumption based on days defined in Fiscal year variant configuration for a given month.

Your period Indicator should be 'P' in MRP 3

Thanks ! I tried updating period indicator as 'P' and Fiscal year variant as 'XY' in MRP 3 view. However, in that case, the total consumption column shows null values.

Well, It updates after one of the consumption postings to the item. You can check it in test system.
