What are the pre-requisites for entering GEO coordinates?

While maintaining plant address in ECC system, new windows called "Set Geocoordinates" appears.

In the initial window an error message stating "No registered LEO SRO MAP OCX found! Please install." is shown. Could you advise what needs to be done in order to allow entering geocoordinate details for enterprise structure objects?
