Delivery of the message to the application using connection Mail_http://sap.com/xi/XI/System failed, due to: com.sap.aii.af.ra.ms.api.RecoverableException: java.io.IOException: server does not support PLAIN or LOGIN authentication. Thanks for your help.

hi jane,

You remove the <b>Plain </b>option and go for <b>authentication</b>, where it will ask for the account userid and password.

Hope this will solve the problem

Message processing failed. Cause: com.sap.aii.af.ra.ms.api.RecoverableException: java.io.IOException: server does not support the requested authentcation CRAM-MD5
