IE hangs while viewing BusinessObjects report in a new window

I get blank screen while viewing report with the option " In multiple full screen browser windows, one window for each document" under Set document viewing location

We have proxy setting with single sign on if I use proxy url. However it works fine if I access servername:8080 url.

Also it works fine if I set it to " In the BI launch pad portal as tabs " under Set document viewing location.

BO version: BO 4.2 SP3 .

Browsers: IE 11 , Firefox 55.0.3 and google chrome Version 60.0.3112.113 .

Please help.

    Well, based on your description it is your proxy that prevents page loading, so you should be asking your proxy admins about this.
    You can start investigating this by tracing HTTP calls and comparing working workflow and non-working. You should see what pages/files/calls are missing when going via proxy url and address that.

    URL looks same nothing different. Proxy team wants to hear from BO about any settings that need to be done. Proxy team enabled all possible things. However hperlink using open doc opens in new window without any issues.

    Any help ?
