S-User Id not issued since 2014

Hi Everyone ,

I did my SAP FI certification in 2014 and nobody including training partner has any knowledge nor the SAP informed about S user advantages and benefits.
Now when I try to get a S user id im told its discontinued and rather contact my company for the same.

My question is when as a legally entitled to have my S User id and as info is never shared with me early why SAP is not issuing me that (irrespective of cost SAP take, i also paid for certification my own hard money) ...

Im not sure who is the right person to contact for the same.

I had mailed to Germany mail id they shared my id no. but i cant use it and then they referred me to SAP india (sap india works pathetically even worse than indian govt. officals { sorry for such strong opinion but my experience})

NOw i hope so it will help me in resolving this issue..

Hi Prabhjyot, I would recommend you try logging into Credential Manager with the S-User that you were given by SAP Germany. Credential Manager is a free service that you can use if your certification is still valid. It could be that your certification has been retired since you took it some years ago but I would recommend you try and see. If you have problems logging into Credential Manager or have not yet received an access e-mail, please contact credential-manager@sap.com listing your current Person ID (former SAP User-ID or S-User) and any additional user ID’s with which you are SAP Certified. If this does not work then I would suggest contacting your employer to ask for a new ID and then request to get that matched with your old certification (if still valid).

Hi Amy,

Thank you .Isn't SAP FI Certification is valid forever I mean it doesn't have any expire date on it.I dont think I SAP Germany has ever shared any credentials with you (or its not disclosed by ATOS India Training center)
Second in case let say if ATOS is using my id in unauthorized way how does they may be penalized for the same.

I think i have to write to the mail as provided by you .
