Hi
I am struggling to get this work, and now I doubt if it is possible!
I have setup a new iDoc partner profile in WE20 and linked the post processing agent to a new org unit setup in PPOCE and PPOME.
When I add the standard ORDERS task TS00008046 to the org unit the iDoc erros are appearing in SBWP, but so are all the other ORDERS errors and there are thousands!
Is there anyway of segregating the SAP inbox using the partner profile? i.e. only errors from my partner profile will go to my org unit?
Many thanks...
"add the standard task (for order processing) to my org unit"
--> Did you also assign the org unit to the IDOC partner profile?
And for higher-level admins you must assign someone else. Otherwise if it's empty it will spam the entire system.

I'm really struggling to get this work. As soon as add the standard task (for order processing) to my org unit all the failed iDocs get assigned.
There doesn't appear to be any logic applied, if I remove the standard task I get a small portion of the iDocs assigned but not just my own.
Does anybody have a blog or wiki for this?
Thanks... Jamie

Thank you Mike, I will try the second option first because somebody should be dealing with these open tasks. Especially as a large portion are now orphaned.
Keep you posted... thanks Jamie

Good news: it's possible
Better news: it's actually quite easy
Possibly bad news: if you have the know-how
You would need to build a custom workflow where you can check the IDOC attributes and model what you want to do. I can't remember offhand if the Business Object used by the standard task has the partner profile as an attribute, you can check IDOCORDER.
Another non-development option is to route everything to an IDOC administrator and override that by entering your org unit only in the partner profile definition. But as you say there are thousands of errors, your IDOC admin probably won't deal with these.
