PR generated from Work order

Dear Experts

When I create a work order with Non stock material, system generates a PR. When the order is released, a message pops up which says, "Can delivery date be met? (Realistic delivery date- xxxxxx) "

I want to know from which configuration this pop up is coming? and how these dates are populating in the pop ups?
