Hi guru.

Im new with ecc6 and secatt. Probably you can help me. Points

waiting for you.

I'm creating new test case using tcode se16 to input data into customize table.

Now i'm trying to using the external variant but i getting error when to try upload the data

It says " Variants that match selections cannot be found". The path all correct.

Please help me guru..

Hi Abdullah,

It does not make sence what I did but It works now ! Forget it the last version of SCAT (scat transaction). So, the external file to import works different in SECATT transaction.

I put additional lines in first column and works properly. The external file does look like as below.

[VARIANT] [DESCRIPTION] ZCELIOCC2 ZCELIOCC ZCELIOUSR

• BDC field value BDC field value BDC field value

*ECATTDEFAULT #42112 #42111 s79156

ECATTDEFAULT 1212 1212 s79156

ECATTDEFAULT1 1212 1212 s79156

ECATTDEFAULT2 1212 1212 s79156

Note that you need to fill up the first column with ECATTDEFAUTLx where x is a sequential number.

Please try it and back the results to me.

Just want to thank you. I spent quite a few hours trying to get the eCATT external variant functionality to work, and finally it works now after I followed your advice.
