C4C: how to extend customer with sales data?

Hello,

I'd like to know if there is a way to extend existing customer records with sales org data by uploading from a file / mass change. These customer are not assigned to a sales area yet.

I have tried with Data Workbench and mass maintanance. It seems that both only work for changing existing sales orgs, but not for adding a new entry. Manual adding is working without problems.

Are there any other functions I can use?

Hi Christian,

Use the migration template to update the customers with sales data.During that process,make sure you have selected the Migration Mode as "Enhance already existing records"(Check the attachment)
