Cannot create Customers in CustomerCheckout

Hello SAP

I am trying to create a customer in customer checkout but the field customer ID and Payment terms is grayed out.which means i cannot synchronize with SAP Business one which is my back-end system.below are the screenshots so that you can get a picture of what i am saying.
