Cannot create Customers in CustomerCheckout

Hello SAP

I am trying to create a customer in customer checkout but the field customer ID and Payment terms is grayed out.which means i cannot synchronize with SAP Business one which is my back-end system.below are the screenshots so that you can get a picture of what i am saying.

Dear Nada,

could you please provide us the version of SAP Customer Checkout you are using? Could you please have a look into the error log if there are some kind of exception and please send the logfiles customer.checkout@sap.com
