Error in Print list Archive

Hello Experts,

We are archiving a print list in SAP. While doing so, the request ended with error in CFBC queue. The CARA queue executed successfully by archiving link. The error that is popping up in CFBC queue is:
"Error Creating DMS Management Record".

As per my analysis, these entries are created in CFBC because "Confirmation of Request for Storing a Print List" is failing.

It is failing because of the error " Error Creating DMS Management Record", I tried reprocess but same error 😞 . Please help to fix the issue.

PFB attached screen shot of error which I am getting under CFBC. I am checking this error using report : "ARCHIVELINK_MONITOR_ASYNC".

Hi Expert,

Please tell me why "Error creating DMS Management Record" is coming? I checked in OADR and the same entry is already stored. But because of this error lots of entries are creating in both queues(CARA & CFBC) and we are unable to open OAM1 for monitoring Archive Link.

Let me know for any customization changes.

I have doubt in OAG1 customization under storage settings. Do we have to check "Deactivate print list management in DMS"?
