Error 'Unable to retrieve userid -3'

Hi,

I get an error when running a report that ran fine earlier. The error is

'Unable to retrieve userid -3'

Does anybody here know what the issue might be?

NB: We run the report with the Crystal Reports viewer (32-bit ver. 13_0_1), which is embedded in our CRM system MultiMark.
