idoc to file scenario

hi all,

i m doing the scenario <b>idoc to file</b>, while doing configaration in R/3 system ,my sender technical system is of bank ( B ) type, and my receiver technical system is ( LS ) type, i m gettting this error <b> Idoc is not sending to external system.</b>

do i need any other configuration in R/3 system or XI system ?

Configuration done in R/3 system:

Tcode: we21 :- TRFC Port XI_00_800

tcode we20 :- Partner No: 33333333, Partne Type: B

In XI

tcode IDX1: Port:SAPSV3_800

tcode IDx2 : Configured..

can anyone suggest me to resolve this problem.

    Honey,

    Please ensure, that the following are in place, up and running:

    RFC Connections

    Model View Distributions

    IDoc mentioned in Outbound paramter of Partner profile

    Check if the partner profile is active in R/3.

    Hi Honey,

    If your ALE Partner system is an SAP system that is addressed by your system(using RFC),then partner type should be 'LS' not 'B'.

    As you said, in your scenario SAP R/3 (IDOC)->XI->File

    SAP R/3 and XI both are SAP systems so you have to use <b>partner type</b> is <b>'LS'</b> (Logical system)

    Hi Gyanani,

    Try to create your sender system of type LS....while assigning your BS in ID,Check the Adapter specific identifiers whether the LS is assignedd properly or not..
