Create Sales Order with Text Material TATX with Quantity

Hi SAP Experts,

Good Day.

I would like to create a Sales Order with Item Category TATX for text item with quantity (no material number). However, when I create the Sales Order, the quantity field grays out. Is there a way to be able to put a quantity for the Sales Order I am creating with Item Category TATX.
