Executing a program as well as a standard tile on click of another tile

Hi experts,

I want to create a tile in the fiori launchpad from where I can perform the following steps on click of it.

• 1.Run a z program
• 2.After it has completed, open another standard tile from the Launchpad automatically.

I would like to know how this can be possible. I wish to perform these to actions one after the other as soon as the tile is clicked.

I want to achieve the task without editing the z program
