marketing analytics

HI all

if i want to setup "marketing analytics" in the portal, what configuration is necessary? Is it all from the BW side or do i need to play my part as well, frm the CRM Marketing perspective?

If my part is needed, what steps do i have to do?

    Hello Charlene,

    One of the Pre-requisiste is connectevity between CRM and BI has been set up

    General BI settings have been made.

    You need to install the required business Content Data Sources using RSA5.

    choose all Marketing Data sources.You need to activate the Info cube OMKTG_C01 infocube in the BI, and all Gaenral setting in the CRM side should be done.

    Hello

    Generally to set up the analytics scenario the following needs to be done:

    1) First check the delivered BI content in help.sap.com. Here you will see all the objects delivered in SAP standard.

    2) Choose those objects which you require and activate the content in BI system first.

    3) Now for the datasources, in the source system (CRM) in rsa5 transaction activate the datasources (ho harm in activating more than required datasources).

    4) Schedule the process chains, data will be uploaded to BI and you can start using the reports.
