I have a report I created using Crystal Report 2016 Service Pack 3. The report is linked into IQMS ERP software where it is executed.
This report contains several text fields with the vertical alignment set to center. I can preview the reports and print from the CR designer software and the alignment is perfect, but when the report is executed in IQMS the vertical alignment prints the text at the top of the fields instead of the middle.
What is causing this change in alignment at run-time, and how can I correct it?
The vertical alignment feature introduced in CR 2016 and definetely was not available in earlier versions. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oohyamfsgkE
If your IQMS runtime based on earlier releases of CR then it would be the reason.

Simply installing a newer version of the runtime assembly won't correct this, right? This will require an update to the IQMS system so it can reference a newer version of the runtime, correct?
