Hi all...

we have try to do it with OVL2 T-Code, but can't help to solve this.

But finally we maintain the Shipping condition in BP

1. BP(FLCU01)--> Sales & Distribution --> Shipping --> Maintain (Shipping Condition 01)

and also Maintain Loading Group in Material Master

2. In Material master--> Sales:General/Plant --> Shipping Data--> (Loading group 0001)

After Done this two step we get solve the Error.

hi,

1.step. assign your shipping condition to your plantloading groupshipping point under logistic execution from IMG screen.

2. assign your picking location ie. shipping pointplantstorage condition+storage location. (where the storage location will determine automatically while creating the delivery on the delivery screen).

do this, your issue will be resolved.

in OVL2 maintain the entries

first maintain the shipping conditions and loading group  The system tries to determine a shipping point for every item to be delivered.

 The R/3 System uses three fields as search keys for determining the shipping point automatically. This data is normally defined in the following master records:

­ Shipping condition from the sold-to party (View: Shipping)

­ Loading group from the material (View: Sales: General/Plant Data)

­ Delivering plant - see the slide Determining Delivering Plant Automatically

 Note:

The shipping conditions are used to define customer requirements in the R/3 System, such as how the orders are to be delivered.

In OVL2 Maintain Plant+Shipping Conditions + Loading Group.

Also check if this plant & shipping conditions are same as shipping conditions & plant maintained in custoemr master...

Hi,

check for the shipping point determination maintenance. The combination will be shipping condition (Customer master) + Loading group (material master) + Plant + shipping point. This needs to be maintained. Check both of your master datas (customer & Material) whether shipping condition and loading group is assigned or not.

Check for the storage location created for your palnt.

Hi!  I got the same issue

I checked all that , customer master, material master, plant, store location, shipping point determination, but still get the message " shippingcondition 01 loading group, plant , store location not defined"

I still haven't figured out what I am missing

hi,

here u need to go t code "OVL2" and give shipping point determination in the combination of Shipping condition 01 , loading group from ur material master and the plant 2000.

so that system will recognize the shipping point to the combination.

While making sales order if you are using different materials or line items.

this error comes because of your materials have different loading group or different transport group.

go to mm02 and change that maintain same things in different materials if you don't want that then do shipping point determination
