Once you have configure Alerts, you will get the Alerts into ALERT INBOX in RWB of the user. Configuration can be done so as to get an email Alert

Hi Sudhakar,

We have many places to implement the alerts.

Can u please brief about the scenario in which u need to creat alerts?

What kind of alerts is to be created?

We have to set up SMTP access to the Appl server to send Mail alerts

For Mobile alerts we need to set the MI thru sap connect.

Hope this helps.

Regards,

Kishore.
