Set Tile to visible only Desktop

Can anyone know how to configure tile in catalog page to set only visible to desktop. Just to give a background, we created a custom tile to open only on DESKTOP. I checked DESKTOP only in target mapping(attached screenshot) in catalog page..

When we tested in phone & tablet, still we see the tile is visible for user. Can you help us what's the steps that we've missed
