WWI- Printing multiple pages using WWI

Hi All,

I have a specific requirement where a single page template has to be printed multiple times depending on the number of materials being printed from that document.e.g if there are 3 materials in the document , then the same template has to be printed three times with one material in each page.

This question is similar to Smartform / SAP script where if the main window overflows , automatically second page is printed.

Is this possible in WWI? Appreciate if anyone can share some thoughts on this.

Thanks

Hello Sawith,

the answer to your question depends on design of your WWI template and the specific process you are looking for (start of process e.g. via SAP SD... etc.).

E.g. for SDS/MSDS documents: there is one material number to be printed only. But by clever use of CG54 you can print SDS/MSDS with different material numbers

I assume you have a "big" WWI template in mind. E.g. You have on "REAL_SUB" having many material numbers assigned. Per material number you would liek to get a "big" document. First page with materialnumber 1, second page wirh 2 etc. This is as well possible by clever use of "parameter symbols" but it is not easy to get this. What kind of document you would like to generate?

C.B.

PS: not sure regarding your term "document"? are you talking about a sales order? Delivery...?

Hello Sawith,

Sure - this possible:
Just print it n time with the corresponding MATNR filled in the parameter symbol for MATNR.

Kind Reagrds
