What 's the difference between TECO & CLSD ?

Dear all,

I have done teco some orders . But confirmation of TECO orders have been done .

I have given this TECO status orders not to be considered in many Zprograms .

If this happened that TECO orders could be confirmed or goods movements could be done (after TECO done). I thought that once prodn. orders TECO , we can't do any confimation .

presently We r using partial confimation only for all stages in order. No final confimation mapped in our case. How to cancel the order completely. I thought that only TECO is enough .Can we use 'CLSD' status and How ? Is there any other way to do?

Otherwise our ABAP zreports will give wrong results in case of orders get confimed after TECO.

We will have to use different logic.......

Pl' reply and answer.

    Kishore,

You can update the transaction control for system status "TECO".

Use transaction BS22 and go to system status "I0045-TECO" and double click the line, now system will take you to the maintain transaction control screen here you define the following Business Transaction with FORBIDDEN which were earlier defined as ALLOWED

    RMPH - Partially Confirm order

    RMRU- Confirm order

    RMWA - Goods Movement

RMWF - Goods receipt for prodn. order

This is Think is also applicable for Maintenance orders, so please check with them also if these defination is acceptable, If NOT you have to use user status to control this.

    Regards,

    Prasobh

TECO is one status to show the fianance that PP work is finished so that they can go for settlement rather than WIP.

Closed can not be user as you need to settle...the balance should ve zero in prod order then only you can do this.

You can create a user status and see that this will get activated once you do TECO.

In the user status set the status such that no confirmation and no gods movement allowed.

please come back if you need help.

      yes. matching...

Now we tried with USER EXIT and getting OK result. But We could not find it through SPRO , configuration. We copied the USER exit from DEV server to PRD.

      Thanks.

Settle the order and set the staus of the order closed so that no value addition may happen further in any form.

Order settlement can be done through KO88 or CO88 and the staus closed can be done through CO02 or COHV.
