Future of SAP HANA xs unit tests

Hi Thomas or anybody else who know something about the strategy of SAP HANA xs unit test framework.

We using xs unit test framework on SAP HANA 1.0 SPS12 to test graphical calculation views.

Currently we facing some issues, that we need sometimes more SQL functionality. Therefor we develop table functions. But these artifacts are currently not supported from xs unit test framework. Only scripted calculation views or hdbviews (which are obsolet as I know). We also can't use CDS views, because they have to consume sometimes graphical caluculation views and designative synonyms only ca consume pure runtime objects (a runtime synonym can't be transported).

Since 2015 there was no change to xs unit test framework. Is something planned to support the new HANA artifacts or maybe not in HANA 1.0 but maybe in HANA 2.0? If we think about HANA 2.0, is the xs unit test framework HANA 2.0 compatible?

Best regards
Thorsten
