Hi, I need help guys!
I'm getting this message a lot in my Event Viewer.
Yesterday, this became an error with ID 11, and I got TimeOut to connect in my DB for a couple of hours.
What means this message and how can I fix it?
PID = My database name.
The description for Event ID 11 from source PID cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.
If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.
The following information was included with the event:

The specified image file did not contain a resource section
After this message appeared as an error, I began to receive TimeOut messages, like this:
Basis System: Runtime error "TIME_OUT" occurred.
When I did a restart in my application service and sybase service, these messages disappeared and my database was able to receive new connections.
