C4C User license question

Hi,

just a short question regarding C4C user license:

once I order a license, is there a limited validity duration for this license or is it related to the C4C contract with SAP?

Hi Christian,

It depends on how the contract is being signed with the partner/SAP.

Licenses will be valid through out the contract term.

But in between, if you want you can upsell the users or downsell the users, depending upon your requirement.
