    Hi Ranjana,

    We can give increments to an emoployee on amount as wel as on percentage basis, I think your requirement is Increment on amount basis for this u need to configure the node.

    PY-> PY(IN) -> Basic Sal for India.

    Once you configure this node basic will be incremented on amount basis and all other components which are based on the basic will be affected respectively.

      Hi Ranjana,

      As I said earlier configure the nodes under PY->PY(IN)-> Basic sal for India

      1) Assign Basic Wage Types to Grouping for Allowances: here maintain all allowance groups.

      2) Assign Basic Codes for Allowance Groups: here give a code against each all grpg for basic Increment.

      3) Assign Basic Slabs to Pay Scale Groupings for Allowance : heremaintain the increment code along with min/max basic increment percent and percent method.

      After u maintai al these just execute the standard report for giving incement .

      Reward if it helps,

      Regards,

      Tomesh
