I've got two phases in a process order the first one takes 68 hours to complete and the second takes 37. The second operation can start 4 hours before the first one is completed. I tried entering an offset of -4 hours in the relationships but when I did it just started the first phase 4 hours earlier when I scheduled the order. I'm sure it's something simple that I'm missing but I can't figure it out. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
