Sub contracting PO " No Components Can Be Determined"

Dear Peers,

While creating sub contracting PO, system throws message " Not possible to determine any component".

I maintained the BOM for the component & delivery dates are also in the specified date. Account assignment is "N" Networks

PR is created from Project systems under network

Can any one just point out the odd
