Unable to print A/P Invoice

Recently all the users have become unable to print A/P Invoices, I had a custom layout I made with Crystal Reports. I thought maybe that was the problem since I had recently updated it, but even after I deleted the layout it is still not working.

As you can see by the picture, both the Print Preview and Preview buttons are greyed out. Ctrl+P isn't working either, and this goes for all users, on any computer. I searched all over the place but couldn't find anything. By the way I'm using SAP Business One 9.2 PL3

Any suggestions?
