Roles in portal

hi all,

iam new to portal...

in a portal i have created 10 Roles .

if i want to move 7th role to 2nd place is it possible then how?

Role contains workset-> page->iviews where as i want to display the iviews in a role, if posible how?

i dont want workset & pages in Roles
