Error in SAP CAR System

Hello All,

I am facing issue in SAP CAR system.

In POS workbench (posdw/mon0) , a error message arise InfoObject 0RPA_MEAN does not exist in version A .Please find screen shot as attachment.

Hi Sharmi

You might want to check the version of component BI_CONT in that case to see if that is on the level it's supposed to be on. BI content is brought in through this component. So if needed ,the component might need to be updated in order to have the BI content available in the system. I would say check or search for relevant SAP notes on this.

Thanks for your answer. I search in BI content in RSA1 but i dint find the infoobject 0RPA_MEAN.Could you please guide from where i can see that info object so that i can activate it. I am using SAP CAR system.

In a generic sense, this error message means the InfoObject 0RPA_MEAN is not available in an active version, perhaps it's available in a modified version but not active according to the system.

It could be that you can simple activate it, see this archived thread for instructions on how you can do that:

If you cannot activate it and the issue persists, it could also be caused by a bug. Other SAP notes exist that describe this error message where there was a software bug so in case the above fails and activation is not possible, you could contact SAP support so they can have a look.

The infoobject is mentioned multiple times in the POS DM administration guide which is linked on below help.sap.com page, it might also be interesting to have a look at the guide:
