Can't upload theme to Portal

Hey community,

since yesterday, I seem to be unable to upload themes the SAP Cloud Platform Portal Theme Manager. I add the zip file, click on save and enter my credentials. But then it starts to hang. The login window and the busy indicator never go away:

There are no useful logs in the console.

When I look at the network requests, it always fails after the fourth one that accesses a directory with the theme name as you can see here:

It sure isn't a problem with the themes (I used them before) and probably also not with my portal site (I tried multiple ones on different sub accounts).

Any suggestions as to what could be the problem?

Hi Patrick,

I just tested on my trial account and did not face any issue. Have you checked if other admin users are experiencing this on your account?

What is your browser language set to?

Did you try clearing the browser cache?

Do you face the same with newly created themes?

thanks for the swift answer.

My browser language is usually set to English, but I've tried it with German and it also doesn't seem to work. I've also tried multiple browsers (Chrome, Firefox, IE) and OSs (Windows, macOS).

I did try clearing the browser cache and am facing the same issue with newly created themes.

Now I just realised that there are in fact some console logs:

It seems as though there is a problem with the "exportThemesInfo.json", but when I unpack the zip of the theme locally, the file is there. Also, it seems the HTML5 application for the theme is created, but not activated.

I also kind of ruled out problems with the UI Theme Designer as I've tried uploading themes files that had worked before. The issue remains.
