Hi All,
when am trying to dispaly the contents of the datasource in rsa2 , it is showing that the "datasource does not exist in version A" .
What 2 do?

Manually activate the data source. Use RSA5 t code.

If it is Flat file DS, you can not see from RSO2, you need to change this from admin workbench RSA1.

It seems it is a flat file Datasource. Check in RSA1/Datasource under PC_FILE.

Actually the s/s is pc(microsoft excel data loads)
It is not BCT datasource,
custom generated ds
Activate the datasource.
if it is business content thenthrough sbiw r rsa5

Are you sure DS you are looking is in your system or it's from some other source system. Please check.
Check your datasource from RSO2 whether it is active or not.
u first go to rso2 give the name of the custom DS & then open it in change mode
save it .
then go to rsa5 there u can see the custom DS there select the DS & activate that
