BRF + Output management for S4HANA 1610 for Purchase Order

Hello Gurus,

Am new to S4 HANA ABAP. In my project we implementing the output management using BRF+. As I understand from the simplification document we can use the Smart form as Form Template in Defining of Rules. But when I check for the Form Template by pressing F4 the form type is 1 by default and it is in grade out. How can I set the form type as Smart form. Please advise.
