Any BAPI/FM can use for good issue of outbound delivery(VL02N)

I tried the BAPI 'BAPI_GOODSMVT_CREATE' .

It can create the MM document of good issue, but it seems cannot update the SD' workflow, any other BAPI or FM can create the good issue document and update the status of SD workflow too?
