LO datasource transport problem

Dear all,

I want to transport 2lis_03_bf from DEV to QAS. However, when I activated this datasource for the first time, I saved the change request as local objects. Now I have to re-activate this datasouce and generate two requests: one is workbench and the other is customizing. I transport these two requests to QAS and found in LBWE the datasource 2lis_03_bf still not activated. I know in table TWCEXACT if field UPDACT is 'x' then that datasource is activated. I checked DEV and QAS and found DEV has this field with 'x' but QAS without 'x'.

So how could I make this datasource activated in QAS? Thanks.
