Customizing Travel Expenses Creation Form in ESS

Dear Friends,

I just want to edit Travel Expenses Overview screen and the label's text in the ESS--Travel Expenses->Create Travel Expenses.

These are the following changes looking in ESS->Travel Expenses Path

1. Removing the General Information link from the Overview Page.

2. On the Right of Overivew Page Additional Information is displaying, wants to be removed completely.

3. Changing the Start Destination label to some other text in the Create Expense form.

4. If i choose Save/Save and Send options in the last step of Create Expense Form, some status has to be maintained in the ERP system.

Most of the changes are like editing the comments and changing the lable's text.

Can anybody tell me that is it possible or not for changing, becuase i don't have time for R & D.

So if anybody done these kind of chagnes can suggest me the wayof doing.
