Problem with master data deleted in D system and transported to Q system

Hi,

I have deleted one infoobject which was master data in Development system. Some other infoobjects were attribute for it. It is deleted well in D system with deleting all /BIC/P and /BIC/M tables, even they are not present in metadata repository of D system. Then I transported it to Q system. In Q it isnot showing me that infoobject but it is still showing me the /BIC/P and /BIC/M tables in SE11. I have checked meta data repository also in Q. Here the infoobject is present. Can anybody suggest something, to overcome this problem.
