    Hi,

    - use manuals can be any format (.doc or .xls).

    - it basically expects to detail step by step (may be TCode/Screenshots) a business process/scenario from a user/department perspective.

    - it aims to make the end user job easier and more system centric and not person centric.

    - helps in change management
