Conditioning--Exctract Prog---BDW--SM36---Bck Ground---Step Jobs---linked

Hi Experts,

1) In back ground, the Z_data_extract_prog is extracting from SAP/DB into a /tmp file in AL11.

And sending the same data to Data warehouse server.(now, this existing prog. working well)

I dont know that, Weather am presenting my requirement in a understand able way or not? anyways, requirement is that,

1) if every thing is goes fine i.e. successful data extraction from SAP and creation of /tmp file in AL11,

2) I need to create another file with name p_indicator_file_XXX (this parameter value comes from selection screen-selection criterai-parameter) in AL11,

3) If this p_indicator_file_XXX is created successfully, then ONLY the Z_data_extract_prog shuld send the data to data ware house server!

4)Only 1 new_z_prog_creation is allowed, apart from existing Z_data_extract_prog!

So, am conditioning sy-subrc=0(after CLOSE DATASET) and using SUBMIT new_z_prog_creation!! later I dont know? How to manage? (the sole purpose of the program is to be added to steps of other jobs. When the job step completes successfully in SAP. This job will run as a step and pass an indicator file to the source system)

any clue?
